Refund policy
At Clear Vision, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unopened: Because of the nature of our car care products, we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened, used, or tampered with.

Original Packaging: The product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original, sealed packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Products that have been opened or used.

Gift cards.

Items purchased on final clearance or deep discount sales (unless they arrived damaged).
3. How to Start a Return If your item meets the conditions above and you want to start a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without contacting us first.
4. Damaged or Defective Items We check all our products carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will fix it immediately! Please contact us through our website within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you right away.
5. The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you a message to let you know that we have your item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected (based on the condition of the product). If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
6. Late or Missing Refunds Refunds can sometimes take a little time to show up in your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

7. Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a slightly more expensive item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
